At LuxCatering2U.com, we strive to provide the highest quality catering services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy based on certain conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 7 days before your event date for a review.
  • If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, a partial refund may be offered based on the work already completed and the resources allocated to your order.
  • We do not offer refunds for services already rendered or for cancellations made after the event has taken place.

2. Event Changes

  • If you need to make changes to your catering order (e.g., menu adjustments, guest count, timing), we will do our best to accommodate these changes. However, certain changes may incur additional charges.
  • Changes must be made at least 5 days before the event.

3. Quality of Service

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our catering services, please notify us within 6 hours after the event. We will assess the situation and offer a solution, which may include a partial refund or rebooking of services.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless specified in writing.
  • Payments for special orders (e.g., custom cakes, non-refundable deposits for premium services) may not be refundable.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting documents or evidence (e.g., photographs or correspondence).

We will process refund requests within 3 working days and notify you of the outcome.
